Birthday cake for a friend who is a Boston Red Sox fan.

The hat is rkt covered in fondant with hand cut logo. The top tier is made to look like the team jersey. I used an extruder to create the red piping & a mold for the buttons. The letters are hand cut from fondant then outlined with blue edible marker.

The bottom tier is painted to look like the scoreboard at Fenway Park. It’s not as neat as I would like it to be but I was still painting half an hour before I was supposed to be out the door to deliver it!

Finishing this cake was a struggle as I wasn’t feeling well but I managed to get it done & delivered on time & got a “wow!” reaction to it :-)
