Bonfire “Finding My Dance” – 4/22/13 – This cake was made for and inspired by musician Colin Hay, formerly of “Men At Work”. Colin puts on an entertaining show. His newest tour is titled “Finding My Dance”, which gave me visions of Aborigines celebrating the energetic fire of Being, symbolized by a huge bonfire. The flames are of curled sugar gumpaste, as are the silhouetted dancers. This creation was filled with chocolate-Tangerine “Uluru Red Rock” cake soaked with Tangerine syrup, filled with strawberry-tangerine filling, and covered in chocolate buttercream.
