This was for my mother’s 72nd birthday. She is gluten free and loves the look of the naked cake. Therefore we made a four layered strawberry gluten free cake with fluffy whipped cream filling and drizzled in chocolate ganache. The cake is topped with a chocolate bowl filled with fresh raspberries and blueberries and is surrounded by chocolate dipped strawberries. It was delicious! Happy Birthday Mom! :)
