This cake was created for Dr Tracy Borman for her wedding to Tom Ashworth. The wedding was held at the Tower of London with the reception at the Design Museum. It was a highly prestigious affair as Dr Borman is a best selling author and historian, hence the request for a Tudor themed cake. They were delighted and so were the guests !
