I made this “Walking Elsa” doll cake in April when a client asked me to recreate one she saw in the net. It was my first time trying out this design which has become so popular after the “Runway Barbie” doll cake that was originally created by Ipoh Bakery took the caking world by storm.

3 shades of teal color fondant were used to create the ruffles. My most challenging part for this cake is tweaking and placing those pleats to create movement on the skirt as though they’re being blown by the icy wind.
