Ladies and gents, allow me to introduce Bessie. A birthday cake for my brother in law who is a dairy farmer. Bessie is completely edible and was a bit of a big beast – following the curve of her body, she was approx 18" long, 10" wide and her height was 11" from the base to the top of her head.
