This Mint-Chocolate Chunk filled Dark Chocolate Cake is still sitting in my fridge waiting for tonight’s big bash for my best friend’s 40th birthday. She hasn’t seen it yet but I’m sure she’ll be pleased. I am lately a fan of naked cakes and this is my first one!
