My biggest wedding cake to date at over 4 1/2 feet tall for my nieces wedding. This was a real labour of love with over 1000 roses and bouvardia flowers, sugar bells and the fountain.
The wedding was at the beautiful Ashdown Park hotel a converted Jacobean convent and the reception was in the converted chapel hence the stained glass behind the cake.

Totally nerve wracking as the whole cake had to be assembled on site so no pressure there then lol.
