North Florida Cake Show Entry

This is my entry for the North Florida Cake Show and Competition. Over 800 tiny flowers were made. The organza ruffles were actually gelatin, I got the tutorial out of the American Cake Decorating Magazine and it was just was I wanted. Hand painted flowers on all of the cake dummies.

Yay, I am so glad you finally decided to show your cakes. This was a lovely piece, such a shame you had a little accident with it on the way but great job!
