RN Graduation Cake

Bottom tier is vanilla cake with Bavarian Cream filling. Top tier Choc. Fudge cake filled with ganache. Both tiers covered with ganache and fondant. Nurse “tools” all gumpaste. EKG sugar cookies with fondant overlay.

Thanks for your comments. Tried the upside method of ganache on the bottom 10" tier! Phew! That was a challenge!
