I made this cake for the SoFlo cake expo in Miami a few months ago. The bottom tier has petals, curved and accented with brush embroidery to look like waves. The next tier a a swirled pearl and shell pattern, the next tier has gum paste orchids and shells on a brushed luster tier with a cake lace sea fan. The top tier has a brush embroidery pattern to look like waves on the shore and it was topped with a starfish ball.
