A technique I admire the most in cake decorating is the intricate work you can achieve with only Royal Icing, like stringwork, extensions, bridgework, making collar etc, etc… Well its like a dream comes true for a vegetarian like me, with Aquafaba. Aquafaba foams like egg wite, and holds its shape perfect. Just look at my dropstring… Holy chickpeas…….I love them!!!!
