The cake that nearly made me famous! It was tweeted by an NHL player… This cake would have fed 700 but since the bride and groom only needed about 150 servings I only made the three middle tiers out of chocolate Guinness cake. The flowers are made of gum paste and I added the rhinestone ribbon just when that stuff first hit the market. The couple now has this cake sitting in their living room because I recreated the middle tiers in styrofoam after the wedding!
