This cake gave me nightmares for weeks! But finally, it was assembled and ready to go. However, on the way to the venue somebody drove into me (because I was driving so slowly) and when I arrived the tiers had moved and some of the cake was broken. STRESS!!! I managed to fix it as best I could and LUCKILY the customer didn’t even realise it was broken. Phew!!!
