I started cakes only a few years ago, because a friend dragged me to a 2 hour cake decorating class. The funny thing is, I then started doing cake pops, which I tought myself via the internet. When walking with the cake pops to my twins’ school I almost got mugged / assaulted / waylaid and bribed by every single mother within a 1 mile radius. Well… that was it… I had to continue. I am basically self-taught, like probably a lot of you. Every time I make a cake I think: “The next one will be better!” There is always room for improvement!
