This cake was for a little boys 1st birthday party. Apart from the lights (which were flickering) and the poles that go through the horses (wooden dowels), everything is edible. I filled the roof and the column in the middle of the carousel with rice crispis / marshmallow mixture. I wanted to put a revolving plate underneath, but I ran out of time.
