The watch face is made from a 9inch round chocolate cake filled and covered with chocolate ganache. The straps are made from an 8inch square chocolate cake that I carved and then filled and covered with chocolate ganache. I printed the watch face and then coloured all the detail with an edible metallic gold ink pen. I sprayed the whole cake with gold lustre spray.
