I just LOVED this design when my client sent it to me. The original design was done by the amazing Bakeaboo Cakes. I was booked up & it was a last minute request, but I just HAD to do it as I love Despicable Me so much!

All edible, including the Minions & Gru. The plane is Hot chocolate cake with white chocolate buttercream filling. The wings are wafer paper laminated several layers thick. And of course, the jet engine needed a light! The nose & tail are ice cream cones! The main cake is White Velvet with Chocolate Silk buttercream filling.
