I was set the challenge by Sean to replicate the boat he will be rowing the Atlantic in later this year. The cake was used as a ‘guess the weight’ for a big charity fundraising/poker event. This was the biggest and most challenging cake I’ve ever been asked to make and I am pretty pleased with the final result.
