my first attempt flower rice cake.
recently, many Korean cake decorator make this rice flower cake instead of butter cream. since korean care about their fat and healthy so much, they don’t like to eat butter cream flower cake.
so do i… smile 이모티콘 flowers are made out from bean sediment.
peony and roses… sediment were too stiff so it was hard to pipe. my hands were shaking after piping lol.
i need to find out better recipe for piping sediment!!
