Happy 40th Birthday Fiesta!!! Love, love, LOVE how this one turned out! Besides the Mexican vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream filling, it’s ALL chocolate! Chocolate cake covered in white (ok, turquoise) or (black, although the photo makes it look brown) milk chocolate ganache with hand cut and textured modeling chocolate “embroidered” flowers. So many at the party had beautifully embroidered shirts and dresses to accompany the cake, it was wonderful!
