This was the cake I made for my son’s birthday party, I was overrun with seven year old boys!! Arthur wanted more angry birds for his cake so I produced this for them all, inspired by a picture from google images. Everybody had a slice of stone wall, wooden piling and an angry bird or two to create their own scenes on their plates which they loved! It was even quite amusing to see one or two fondant angry birds sail through the air across the table (I should’ve guessed!!) though we kept this behaviour to a minimum, lol ;)
Chocolate mud cake, filled and coated with dark chocolate ganache, and decorated with fondant and modelling chocolate :)
