This is my first ever wedding cake. It was a big challenge in many ways, but was also lots of fun to make something so non-traditional and colourful. The Groom is into hunting so I included a nod to that through the writing on the hat. The hat is a dummy so they can keep it as a momento. All the other decorations are edible made out of a mix of modelling chocolate and fondant.
