100% buttercream. I frosted cake in white buttercream them added dollops of orange BC and smoothed over. I then added dots of red, and smoothed with spatula dipped in warm water, and repeated with blue and smoothed.
I added collar details, glasses, and palm trees. then decorated the cake board around the shaped shirt cake. This was for a fun birthday cake.
