I made this cake for my son’s 35th birthday. He lives in Colorado and I live in Northern California. I shipped the colored fondant and modeling chocolate, along with my tools. I was prepared, after watching Avalon’s tutorial. What I wasn’t prepared for was the very warm weather. What didn’t melt stuck to my fingers. I just glad it’s done. I vow to make another in my own kitchen.
