I spent a lot of time dealing with Rebecca’s mum for this cake, she sent me photographs of Rebecca and eventually we came to an agreement on a make up cake but one to suit her glamorous personality. Everything on the cake is edible. She also asked me to give a nod to London and Tenerife on the cake hence the flight ticket and of course it had to be upper class!
