I swear to heaven I posted this already, but don’t see it in my library so I guess not ……

This cake is actually a couple of years old now, but is one of my all time favourites. It was a carrot cake made for twin brothers celebrating their 30th birthdays. Their whole party was lumberjack themed so there were a lot of plaid shirts!!!
