Frangipani’s, gold piping and hot pop colours for a dual celebration of birthdays. The royal icing piping took me hours and resulted in a cramped shoulder for days but I was so happy with the result. I used a small brush to flatten the design and create a bit of texture. All the colours are custom coloured and I made the fondant too. There are 20 mini cakes altogether. I completely underestimated how long this order would take me to complete, all up there is about 72 hours of work. The cake flavours are: vanilla sponge, red velvet, caramel mud cake, chocolate fudge and strawberry mud. Hope you like them x
