I saw this cake about few months ago somewhere and I loved it so much that I’ve decided to make it. Unfortunately I don’t know whose original design/idea is it. This one is third one I’ve done so far, cause customers love it as well :) The head is RKT supported with 2 dowels and it’s quite heavy.
