Painting is not my thing as a rule but I enjoy a little dabble from time to time. I made this for the charity village trail run and cycle which took place at the weekend. 9" Boozy fruit cake, covered in marzipan and Royal Icing. Some decorative piped royal icing here and there and I used edible dusting powders mixed with cocoa butter. An amazing turnout out at the event which in total (including entry fees, refreshments stall, cake raffle) amounted to £3,700. A couple of bob came out to pay for the toilets but the majority went to the All Saints Church, Houghton Hampshire.
