I made this carrot cake, with orange buttercream filling, for our wedding anniversary this month. It is covered in fondant with a scalloped lattice that mimics the rainbow. The heart topper was made of tiny, individual ruflles in rainbow colours. Hydrangeas in rainbow colours cascade up the side of the cake.
