This was my very first time using the “upside-down” method for my butter cream cakes. I’ve always wanted to try it but I was just to afraid to.. honestly I don’t know why I didn’t do it years ago!! Wow.. So much easier and faster & the results are just fantastic. I’m sure as I do it more I’ll do much better…
