Oh my goodness – so much fun! This was a last minute order that I just couldn’t turn down! I’ve been wanting to do a pancake cake ever since I saw The Royal Bakery’s cake months ago (was probably made well before then, but I’m a little behind!) Thinned piping gel syrup, fondant blueberries and pats of butter. I painted the pancake details with gold Americolor food coloring – perfect pancake color! ;) Shannon
