Hi everyone ! I’m sure some of you may recognise this little puppy from the new book by Carlos Lischetti . It’s one of my best friends 40th birthday this week and she is a dog groomer so knew she would love this . I loved carlos design but I wanted to supersize him as in the book he is 5 inches high , so my Monty is 6 inches wide and ten inches high chocolate fudge cake covered in dairy milk ganache (my choice as I have a vested interest as I will be eating him too lol ) thanks so much for looking x much love Lisa x
