Hi everyone and a very happy easter to you all 🐣 this cake was for a lovely couple who were getting married in a windmill and wanted that on the cake , they also wanted some elements of Scotland ( I used a tartan ribbon on the base board and a thistle broach for the ribbon ) and the cake to have a romantic feel . The bottom tier is a rich fruit cake then chic and caramel and the top zesty lemon . Thanks so much for looking x much love Lisa x
