One of my favourite modelled figure styles is this little girl bunny, which I’ve made a few times for baby/christening cakes as well as for Easter.

I had a little blush coloured sugarpaste left over from yesterday’s floral christening cake (see previous post) as well as a mini coffee cake and espresso buttercream that I’d kept aside from the mix, so thought I’d rustle up a quick Easter cake just for the two of us. Had a full piping bag too so any excuse to do a bit of simple piped decor!
