This cake was a vanilla bean cake with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream. I used gum paste for the grape leaves, tap, and corkscrew. I used 50/50 gum paste and fondant for the grapes in various shades of purple and wine. The cake was covered in fondant, and brushed with edible lacquer for shine/stained wood look.
