The client loved a couple of our previous designs and wanted to incorporate several elements from them – but she also had a special request… the picnic should include French Fancies – happy to oblige as always!

The cake itself was vanilla sponge, filled with vanilla buttercream and strawberry preserve, then covered in white chocolate ganache and sugarpaste. The picnic (& basket) are all edible.
