My husband is chocolate mousse cake lover and for his birthday I made this 2 tier chocolate mousse cake which I wrapped in chocolate sheets. The chocolate is tempered and for the writing on the cake I used Wilton’s white white which worked really well. Decorated with fresh fruit and sugar flowers. He loved it!
