Now that the London Cake International is almost here, I dedicate this work to all of you who are making the final arrangements for the competitions.
This was one of my entries at Manchester CI this year, in Small Decorative Exhibit. I wanted to make a funny piece, so I created a miniature of my other cake (the one I made for International class and that I showed here a while ago) being judge by Mr Brian Taylor and Mr. Alan Shipman. It was the first time I tried to make real people modelling and I’m very happy with the result and the feedback was amazing.
