Here is my first ever sculpted cake. It was made for the photographer for the rock band KISS. It was made from scratch and it is Italian sponge cake with Ghirardelli chocolate ganache and I made homemade cannoli cream to put a dollop on the side of the slice. :)

Fantastic! Having made a similar cake myself last year for my Dad’s birthday I know how tricky these cakes are. Yours is amazing :)
