Flybridge Cruiser Boat Wedding Cake

I just delivered this wedding cake to Hillarys Yacht Club for a wedding this afternoon – such a gorgeous venue!. The bride and groom wanted a replica of their Caribbean Flybridge Cruiser boat with a handmade sugar bride and groom on the boat.

This cake measures approx 70cm in length and is made from chocolate mud to cater for approx 250 coffee sized portions
