I had two wedding shows this past weekend on Sat. and Sunday. Here is my cake display. I have used more designs before, but decided to just take 4 cakes this time. Of course they are dummy cakes I frosted and decorated in buttercream. Some ribbon and gum paste flowers were used on the cakes.
One event provide red table covers, as I usually use white. The red one is for a large Belk Department store that has moved into their new 2-story location in Bristol, Tennessee.
The second show on Sunday was at the Holiday Inn and convention center in Bristol Virginia. Yes, for those of you who do not live in my area, Bristol is divided in the middle of town by two states. There is a new country music museum, as the town is home to country music… Where country music origins came from. This is just one town away from where I live and have my shop, about 15-20 miles. Really neat area, if any of you ever come to visit. :)
