This is one of the cakes that I exhibited in the Wedding Cake Showroom at the fabulous Squires Kitchen Exhibition this year, and it’s my favourite!
A black cake with hand painted details to resemble the style of a chalkboard. The crate is also cake with sugar handles and a little sugar nail to hold the chalkboard name hearts.
The wooden wrapped style heart on the top is also sugar and the flower arrangement mirrors the painted flowers on the cake.
