Sorry I’ve not been around for a while, my cakey world has just been a bit bonkers! Anyway I thought you may all enjoy this unusual take on a Winnie The Pooh cake and the story behind it.
I made this last year for one of my very special clients 60th birthday who’s first name is Christopher and second name, yup, you’ve guessed it is Robin…in other words Christopher Robin! The cake is a bit of a tongue in cheek take on what I think he would quite like to do to the inhabitants of the Hundred Acre Wood after being teased about his name for most of his life!
The train is a reference to his model train collection and the Dr Who/Tigger police box ( based on a cake by the amazingly talented Ant Roman over at Nerdache Cakes) is to reference one of his favourite shows.
