mini ruffle cake

I made this mini tier cake for a woman’s 40th birthday. .I was asked to coordinate the colors and 40 off the party decorations. . It’s a strawberry chocolate marble cake soaked in a strawberry syrup and filled worth a milk chocolate ganache. So many firsts on this cake. . First time making a mini tier..ruffles .. and putting all those sprinkles on the top tier lol. . Hope you like it!

So lovely! It must have taken a long time to make, with all the sprinkles, and the pretty ruffles! The flavor sound delicious!!
