Hi all,

Here’s a cake I made for my mum, a mango & passionfruit cake with fresh raspberry buttercream (I used Veena’s recipe for the bc). The bright pink colour you see is all from the fruit. Couldn’t resist practicing a few gumpaste flowers instead of using fresh ones, plus last time my mum liked them so much she still has the rose and leaves I made for her :) Can’t post on fb yet because she finally has it and will see!
