I made this Digger Cake for my sweet grandson who is obsessed with construction vehicles! I used the awesome “Digger Cake Tutorial”, from the amazing Yeners Way. So helpful! This was my first 3D carved cake, and my first time using chocolate ganache. I LOVE GANACHE!! Why didn’t I use it sooner! LOL!
