Sometimes you would think that Melbourne was in the tropics, with it’s hot balmy nights and tremendous Summer storms! Perfect timing for Karlee’s 18th Birthday and a Hawaiian Luau don’t you think?!!!
Top tier was a White Chocolate Mud with layers of cherry-ripe and light chocolate ganache buttercream, and the bottom tier was a Chocolate Mud with caramel and vanilla buttercream.
Nothing says Laua like Frangipani’s and Hibiscus flowers made out of sugar! Add plenty of sugar sand and shells and we are in Hawaii!
Karlee’s mum has been planning this special occasion for such a long time- making sure that every element was perfect for her girl (us mum’s are AWESOME)!
