It’s always a little nerve wracking taking on a cake you’ve not done before, but we do so we can push ourselves and grow. I have to admit this car was a real challenge and seemed to take forever! Perhaps I had got myself all wound up about it before I started, as I did spend a few weeks worrying about it.

The cake was for an 18th birthday. The lucky lady had been given a mini car for her 17th birthday and loved it. She also loved her two Labradors, so of course they had to be included on the cake.
